I have always had a soft spot for dogs and currently have 3 of them. I've owned my Beagle, Leo, since mid 2011 and was instantly drawn to the story about the Beagles rescued from the laboratory in Spain. Leo was not a laboratory dog, but he did have a rough start in life as he spent his first year in an 8x8 pen outside and without proper vet care and socialization. He was terrified of everyone and everything. I see so much of him in the Beagles rescued by BFP and want to support the effort in providing these Beagles with the love and care they deserve.
